Took a bodysurf lesson in Ericeira with Henrique and João and I must say that I loved the experience.

The tide was strong but Henrique and João always left me feel safe. They are fun, kind and calm, always making sure we are enjoying ourselves and that we take the most out of the experience. They are very empathetic people and took the time to understand how comfortable I was with the ocean, what my concerns were and pushed me to overcome any that I might have had.

I had 5 private lessons with Henrique and the week was amazing. He is not only a friendly, humble and decent guy, for me he is also one of the best coaches I have ever met. I cant barely believe how much I progressed in only five days,
Nothing against surfing, but if you want a more closer connection to the ocean, then bodysurfing is the real deal and the bodysurf school in caparica with Henrique is the best place to learn it. Will be definitly back for more.

Ich hatte 5 Privatstunden bei Henrique und die Woche war unglaublich. Er ist nicht nur ein freundlicher, bescheidener und anständiger Typ, für mich ist er auch einer der besten Trainer, die ich je getroffen habe. Ich kann kaum glauben, wie große Fortschritte ich in nur fünf Tagen gemacht habe. Nichts gegen Surfen, aber wenn man eine engere Verbindung zum Meer will, dann ist Bodysurfen genau das Richtige und die Bodysurfschule in Caparica mit Henrique ist der beste Ort, um das zu lernen.
